I create the operational systems that help creative teams do their best work.

My understanding of operations started in an unexpected place: as a shift supervisor at a high-capacity, award-winning beachside cafe. It's where I first saw the connection between processes, systems, good team management, and exceptional client experience—and how all of it drives business success.

When I completed my Graphic Design diploma and founded Salt Design Co., I put that thinking into practice. Over seven years working with entrepreneurs and small businesses, I learned that exceptional client experience isn't just about creative output. It's about the systems and processes that make clients feel confident, supported, and even delighted. When you design clear communication touch points, reduce friction, and consider every interaction (yes, even invoices), you create an experience clients are genuinely excited to pay for.

Now, as Director of Operations at Takt and part of the Senior Leadership Team, I've scaled that approach across a 30-person agency. I lead our PM team, build data systems that connect project work to business strategy, oversee resource planning and delivery operations, and maintain my specialty in complex web design projects.

What drives me is creating harmony between people and systems, a through line that's energized my work from those early cafe days through agency ownership to strategic leadership today.
