Leading delivery operations for Takt, a 30-person creative agency, I oversee resource planning, utilization forecasting, and cross-functional coordination while managing a team of 5 Project Managers + overseeing the work of our Operations Manager.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I partner with the CEO, CCO, and VP of Operations on strategic operational decisions that support agency growth and profitability.

  • Built dashboards and reporting systems connecting project data to business outcomes, enabling informed decisions on staffing, pricing, and growth strategies

  • Provide predictive insights on capacity and utilization trends, translating operational patterns into strategic recommendations for leadership

  • Grew the PM team from 1 to 5 in one year, creating training resources including a PM Performance Matrix, web design modules, and persona-based account management frameworks

  • Led the agency's transition from Wrike to Asana, managing setup, customization, and team onboarding

Co-Founder, Project Manager, Creative Director
Salt Design Co.

Salt Design Co. created strategic brand identities and Squarespace websites for small business owners and entrepreneurs. I built the business from the ground-up, leading business development and project management as a Co-Founder and creative direction as a brand and website designer.

  • Led project management and creative direction for an average of 10-15 concurrent brand, web, and graphic design projects

  • Designed custom Squarespace websites that never relied on a template, and instead utilized the core functionality and were enhanced with custom CSS and HTML code.

  • Identified client goals, developed brand + content strategies, and led the design process from brief through to presentation, feedback, and project launch

  • Created all design processes for the company, using project management software such as Asana, Dubsado, Notion, Trello, Basecamp, Monday, and more

  • Oversaw a team of 3-5 contractors as well as creative project partners such as copywriters, photographers, web developers, illustrators, and similar

  • Developed a customer-centric approach to our processes that allowed for excellent client retention, brought in referrals, and created strong word of mouth marketing

Gylly Beach Cafe

One of the busiest, award-winning caf’s in Cornwall, England. Joined the team as head Barista and progressed to the daytime shift supervisor. Ran front-of-house service in a cafe with capacity for 250-300 customers at a time

  • Designed and implemented a new system for front-of-house service, creating a more streamlined process that improved customer satisfaction and retention by reducing wait times for hot food and drinks during the busiest periods of service.

  • Managed a team of 5-15 people per shift. Assigned their roles and tasks, oversaw the quality of their work, provided feedback and training as necessary.
