Andrew Wan and Kevin Lam are two Vancouver real estate agents who decided to team up in order to better offer luxury real estate to their clients. Inspired by the markets in LA, New York, Tokyo, and London, their goal is to combine relationship building, marketing, and advertising with the latest technology to provide the type of support today’s generation of homeowners is seeking.

Working with a local copywriter to create a custom Squarespace website that embodied the sophisticated, luxury brand they are growing and the properties they are involved with. Adding subtle animations helped to achieve this look while ensuring the website was still modern and uncluttered.

Using Squarespace’s blog feature, a listings section was created that would showcase latest properties and display their features and amenities in an easy-to-read manner.
